Terms & Conditions

1. APPLICABILITY OF TERMS OF USE

 

HUBBY eSIM, from now called HUBBY, provides B2B and B2C eSIM services, which allows travellers to stay connected while travelling abroad. These terms of service apply to all services provided by HUBBY to go B.V. regarding the reselling of prepaid eSIMs. HUBBY will only accept alternative provisions with the explicit written consent of both parties.

 

2. DESCRIPTION OF eSIM RESELLING SERVICE

 

2.1 THE RESELLING OF ESIMS

HUBBY's eSIMs are designed to make it easy for travellers to stay connected while travelling abroad. Customers can register and purchase eSIMs through the HUBBY website and/or app with the help of reputable payment systems like PayPal and Stripe that ensure secure and reliable transactions with virtual credit card imprints. All relevant information necessary for eSIM installation is accessible solely on the user's HUBBY account.

 

2.2. REGISTRATION FOR THE USE OF HUBBY SERVICES

To use HUBBY services, customers must accept the general terms and conditions and provide the required information, such as their first and last name, and email address, either directly or through an intermediary service provider like a tour operator via the web browser at www.hubbyesim.com. Not accepting the general terms and conditions will prevent customers from using HUBBY's services.

 

2.3. HUBBY'S OBLIGATIONS

HUBBY is committed to providing quality service to its customers. However, HUBBY cannot guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or fault-free service. Customers can expect reasonable efforts from HUBBY to provide them with high-quality services.

 

2.4. CUSTOMER'S OBLIGATIONS

HUBBY's customers must not engage in any abusive, illegal, or fraudulent actions that may impair or damage the network while using HUBBY's equipment or services. Abusive, illegal, or fraudulent actions that violate this obligation will lead to HUBBY suspending the customer's service. HUBBY will notify the customer of any suspension as soon as possible. During the suspension period, customers must continue to pay all charges due under the agreement for the suspended services.

 

2.5. DEVICE COMPATIBILITY

Customers must ensure that their device is compatible with eSIM and network-unlocked. By acknowledging that they have an eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked device during the purchase process, the customer assumes responsibility for this information. As device compatibility may vary depending on the carrier and country of origin, customers are advised to consult the list of eSIM-compatible devices provided at the checkout. Please note that the list may not be exhaustive, and there may be newly released eSIM-compatible devices that have not yet been added.

 

3. CONTRACT START, DURATION, AND TERMINATION

HUBBY's service contract with the customer takes effect once the customer completes an order through HUBBY's official website at https://www.hubbyesim.com or its app. Accuracy of device compatibility information is the customer's responsibility.

 

4. SERVICE CHARGES AND PAYMENT

 

4.1. PAYMENT TERMS

Customers can pay for HUBBY services through Credit Card, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay, with EURO's (€) as the currency of payment. HUBBY ensures secure and managed credit card transactions by partnering with reputable payment providers like PayPal and Stripe.

 

4.2. CHARGES FOR SERVICE USAGE

 

4.2.1. HUBBY provides customers with a clear and detailed breakdown of all charges, inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise specified. Customers are not entitled to set off any claims against HUBBY unless such claims are undisputed or confirmed by a final court judgement.

 

5. DELIVERY OF ESIM

Upon purchasing an eSIM or receiving an eSIM through promotional codes shared by a B2B partner of HUBBY. A confirmation email shall also be sent to the customer's provided email address. All relevant information necessary for eSIM installation shall be accessible solely on the user's HUBBY account, either via email or directly in the HUBBY eSIM application.

 

6. POLICIES AND GUIDELINES
 

6.1 REFUND POLICY
HUBBY provides a refund policy that outlines refund guidelines related to technical issues. Refund requests may be submitted within thirty (30) days of purchase if the eSIM cannot be activated due to technical issues originating from HUBBY, even after extensive troubleshooting. If the eSIM has already been activated, and an issue arising from HUBBY cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, a refund may be granted for the remaining data. HUBBY shall not issue refunds or any form of remuneration for charges incurred from alternate phones, alternate SIM cards, hotel phones, or any other charges not directly associated with the customer's HUBBY eSIM account. In cases of abuse, violation of our terms and conditions, or fraudulent activities connected with the use of HUBBY products and services, refunds may be denied.

 

6.2 ALTERATIONS TO DATA PACKS
HUBBY's eSIM data packages are provided in one format, and no further modifications or customization can be made based on individual requests after purchase.

 

7. LIABILITY & SUPPORT
HUBBY will not be held liable for any detriments arising from the proposed service's unavailability or inconsistency. HUBBY does not guarantee constant availability of the network service. Customers can contact HUBBY's support team via email at support@HUBBY.com for any inquiries.
